Not a good experience for both my parents in this care home - my mum passed away in there on jan 11th /23 - prior, MONEYwas stolen fromher room - her private safe sanctuary , my niece went through management for FOUR weeks to try resolve this - also...not ONE member of staff came to pay their respects at her big funeral...we tried to move mum, to a different place, but she was too frail... a very basic care facility which needs a HUGE SHAKE UP..... r.i.p mum .
