At the beginning we were a bit skeptical in choosing an online company to handle the process of letting out our flat but the experience has been amazing so far.Easy step by step process where we were advised at all times.They were able to find us tenants in just a week. I have evidence to prove my arguments. I am afraid, Hello Neighbour was dishonest and untransparent duration the entire process. They tactically set my client to fail by raising the minimum household income from £48k per annum, which we were initially told, to £75K just hours before we come to view the property. Further, the viewing time was changed at the very last minute from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The viewing was further delayed by 15 minutes because your colleague arrived at 7:45 pm. The whole thing was orchestrated.
