The response of the owner speaks volumes!!! Zero professionalism, give this place a wide berth!Sweet Lord here we go - good business practice is to listen to your customer and see feedback as an opportunity for growth. Anytime a customer has taken the time to leave a review, the owner should be able to understand from the customers perspective that they are not happy and there is an imbalance in customer expectation and service received. An apology for lack of said expectation or poor service, will raise your perception to the public as an owner that actually cares and strives to improve on their reputation. At the very least incidents should be investigated, errors acknowledged and training given where necessary. Remember, when a peacock struts his stuff, he shows his backside to everyone watching. This is constructive criticism, if you view it as an attack then that is a trigger that you need to deal with. Peace and Light.

Just a warning if you use this salon, today was my first visit I had keratin which stated in the price list was between £95-135 eyebrow threading and upper lip wax . When I went to pay she said it would be £180 I have a long bob just past my shoulders. They only accept cash and I felt this was a big con. In the end I paid £150 which was still more than the price list advertised. I will also be contacting Trading Standards

My mum had an appointment there today. We were on time and were kept waiting for over 15 minutes in the heat. There was no AC in the salon. That wasn’t the worst part. We saw the hairdresser being extremely rude to one of her clients who had hair dye in her hair. She was a complete bully and horribly rude telling her client that she should be grateful for the hair colour she has given her. She used microfiber cleaning cloth to wipe hair dye off the strands and then blow dried it without rinsing. It was really awful to watch and so my mum and I got up and left. The hairdresser was so rude, it completely put my mum off from having her hair done. She also made another client go to the cash machine to get out £150 for her hair appointment as she would not take card. Please don’t waste your time at this place. There are so many other options nearby. I wish I had tried one of those instead. I’m not sure how this salon has got these raving reviews. It was such a horrible experience for us!

I highly recommend this salon. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable they make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have in the past had bad experiences from other salons but I have 100% faith in them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for doing an amazing job as always on my hair.

Dita was amazing! I’ve thick, long (to bum) curly hair. I choose my salons carefully and this one didn’t let me down. I went for a balayage, trim and blow dry and I’m so pleased with the results. Please ignore any bad reviews- there is no pleasing people! Thanks for the great service and for making me feel a new woman. I’ll be back for sure :)
