I agree totally with the previous review, ‘Outstanding’ is the only word that sums up everyone at Janet C Davies in Braintree. Caroline was the main person arranging everything for us and she was so professional, yet so caring and friendly as well, and if Caroline wasn’t around whoever we spoke to was just as helpful. It made a difficult and sad time so much easier for all the family. Thank you so much to everyone.

Kind, caring and professional. They were outstanding in every aspect , before, during and after the funeral. I can't thank them all enough.

Went in to drop money off for step fathers funeral pot. I got confused by the layout and did knock the staff member chastised me for this. Since I was already greivng for the loss of my stepfather this just made me feel worse.

There professionalism and respect I will remember for a very long time although Caroline was in complete control on what had to be the saddest day of my life it was Chelsea that looked after us mostly… Thank you ladies.

So professional and informative. Penny was attentive and her attention to detail impeccable. A difficult time made so much easier. My fathers funeral was exactly what we wanted and we have had so many comments for those those in attendance to say how lovely and well organised it was. The drivers and bearers were outstanding too...cant thank them enough.
