If I could give 0 stars I would. Worked here for 4 week and that was way too long. Promised a £100 monthly bonus on application and interview but as soon as you start they tell you it stopped a month ago.Put underage staff on project sites with no licences which is illegal. Make you deep clean apartments in 30+degree heat with no air con and take your breaks off you illegally when a small mistake is made.If you have an accident they make it your fault even though you weren’t provided with the necessary ppe.Force you to illegally work on machines that you don’t have licences for.If you think of debating anything management say they will threaten you with “remember you’re in your probation.”All good reviews are bribed from the office staff and not the cleaners who are the backbone of the company as the cleaners won’t give good reviews because of how horrendously they are treated.Stay clear of this company if you want to keep your sanity and good mental health.

I am currently working for Clearchoice and it has been a positive experience. They have been very helpful in setting me on, with flexible hours that suit my routine and life outside of work. They have also been able to get me some over time when I have needed it, and again this has been flexible and suiting my needs. Great company to work for.

Worked for clear choice for almost 6 months. Starting with clear choice was the best decision I have made. You are always paid correctly, you are supported and there is always someone to speak to if you’re not sure on anything. Unlike many other companies I have worked for your a name here and not just a number.
