Absolutely Shocking!If Taco Bell knew what was going on they’d be mortified!Look at what I ordered and what I received.Basically fraud, deception and feeling fleeced.Service was friendly.

we tracked the order it said it was outside we waited 10minutes checked again found that he was at the back of the building so we walked round to him and he was walking off in a completely different direction. we finally got his attention and got our food then went inside opened it up the tacos were broken into peices, barely any meat in it, the nachos had a spoonful of meat thrown on there/black beans on when we asked for none, our puddings were rock solid as we was waiting ages and was cold(churos)

over the moon with my first experience at my local Folkestone branch today.Food !Staff !& service !All 10/10The best part was when I witnessed the manager rush to help an old lady to open the door for her.Just goes to show there’s kind people in this world that know how to run there ship.Would advise anyone who’s hungry to go give this store a go.I wasn’t disappointed one bit

First time trying Taco Bell and was wasn’t disappointed we walked in and was welcomed by a friendly couple of staff Chris and ched were so helpful advised us on what we should try and we enjoyed every mouthful really really tasty and super quick to our table if you’ve not tried the Folkestone branch I would highly advised you do 5* all around thank you

Hands down the best service form any fast foot establishment I have ever experienced. Every time we pop past the staff are incredibly friendly, warm, helpful and accommodating.I can't fault the service here at all and I assume the company must be decent considering they have all been here for a while and all seem like they get along and have a good work ethic, as well as having fun along the way.Food comes out fast, hot and without any errors.Great team, great place!

I had an order from Uber eats, they take multiple orders and wait for them leaving your food to go cold every single time. I took the Cold inedible food to Taco Bell who were ridiculously apologetic and helpful. They remade my order without any fuss and left me feeling really happy with their service. Thank you to everyone at Taco Bell, best place in Folkestone to eat (don’t bother with delivery)

Taco Bell may be a pale imitation of Mexican food, but it's still delicious. Service in Folkestone is generally excellent, I tend to go in the afternoons if I'm not working and you get served rapidly then. Being able to top-up drinks is a definite plus. If you go in the last couple of open hours in the evening, expect longer queues as minimal staff cope with the evening rush of delivery companies.
