I applied for a role through this recruitment agency and got a call the next working day. The recruiter then consistently belittled me on the call, tried to convince me that there was no point putting me forward as the client would not be very likely to consider me due to relocation (keep in mind that she phoned me to tell me this) and just wouldn't let it go. She then asked why I had left my previous employer and I explained, saying I had proof of my side of the story and that HR of that company agreed, and yet this recruiter kept insisting that I must be in the wrong. As much fun as being belittled for ten minutes by someone who is supposed to be helping people find jobs, I will never use this company again.

Elaine at EFAB is amazing! EFAB is defiantly the best recruitment agancy i ever used, all the others would take a while getting back to you or just leave you hanging - Not EFAB. Elaine called me regularly before setting me up in my new role. She kept contact and gave me as much detail as possible. I Am not very happy in my new Job that is perfect for me and i couldnt have done that with out Elaine, She made me feel like i was a friend that she was helping out! hopefully i dont have to but i would defiantly use again

E-Fab Recruitment is a wonderful company that helped me in finding my new job. The service was second to none, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend it to anybody seeking new employment.

A Woman named Elaine would not stop contacting me via text message, even when I informed her that i was at work and unable to speak on the phone or keep replying to her messages. I had to block her number and email and contacted the police. A further google search showed that this company has a bad history of general bad client service and treatment and don't treat their workers very well. Also, they don't actually have any jobs! Edit: When I posted this there was only one other review(also negative),24 hours later there are now 6 and they are positive! but they have only advertised two Jobs this year(2016) so it would be impossible for 6 people to review them LOL!!!! Also not REC registered(known as 'Wideboys' in the recruitment industry) , which is a massive red flag for anyone who knows the industry.

Efab are the best agency I have ever dealt with. They are very thorough and always get back to me whenever they say they will. Also, they gave me excellent advice when it came to preparing me for an interview. Thank you Elaine and Deirdre.

I applied for a temporary admin job via a job board back in February which was being advertised by E-fab Recruitment. Very soon after I applied, Elaine Bleaney, the Director of E-fab, called me back and had a very long chat with me about my situation, experience and the role in question. I immediately found her to be incredibly knowledgeable about the job market in general, and particularly around Milton Keynes, and she was able to offer some really useful advice about job-hunting in general as well as some insights into some of the other roles I was applying for at the time. Thanks to her help, I had no problems getting appointed in that temporary role.I remained in that role for about three months and throughout that time, Elaine stayed in close contact, speaking to me at least every other week. She was sunny in all of my conversations with her and never impatient and she has a tremendous sense of humour. She also works incredibly hard and is often happy to pick up the phone outside of office hours. It’s fair to say that E-fab isn’t the biggest recruitment agency in Milton Keynes but I discovered that Elaine and her organisation have a fantastic reputation with other recruitment consultants, with no professional jealousy.Elaine’s colleague Deirdre was also a tremendous help in the office, answering queries promptly and always ensuring I was paid on time. I found her to be friendly and polite on the phone, and she made any admin procedures easy to follow; during the sign-up phase, the agency had a fraction of the forms that larger companies have, which I really appreciated.I give Elaine, Deirdre and their colleagues the strongest possible endorsement for their services; they did a flawless job and I’m incredibly grateful to them. They are relatively small compared with the likes of Office Angels or Reed but I would recommend them above any other recruitment consultant in Milton Keynes.

Excellent service and customer care every time. Have used Efab as an individual looking for employment and without fail within a month success. Additionally due to my placement in HR used eFab for recruiting temporary workers over a 6 year period . eFab made sure that the staff sought were of the standard required for the purposes of the roles. I would not hesitate it recommending them and or using them again. 10/10

I found eFab Recruitment very helpful when looking for employment. I applied for a job but was informed the shortlisting process was already at the interview stage and I have probably missed out. However, Elaine kept on pushing to get me an interview and I ended up getting the job! So I would definitely recommend them.
