Both Bonnie and Lucy were amazing. Both made me feel at ease, first had a lovely chat with bonnie while she washed my hair, letting me smell different products and choose what I wanted her to use. Lucy listened really well to what I wanted and gave honest advice on things I was unsure about. After bad experiences elsewhere, which had made me really anxious about getting my hair cut, this experience has completely changed that and I will definitely be returning! Thank you.

As usual the whole experience at Toni & Guy Farnham was fantastic. Efficient, professional, lovely environment. I had a stylist called Lily. She is a v good hairdresser, my hair looks and feels somuch better, she understood exactly what i wanted.

Had an amazing experience.When I first got to the salon I got told to sit down and wait ,whilst in the process I was given a coffee and a biscuit which is a nice little treat for the morning.After waiting a little while I then got my hair washed by one of the girls , after I had my hair washed I sat back down and waited for about 5 minutes and then Gemma came along to do my hair.She was very professional and accommodating .. I am very happy with my haircut and will be retuning , Thank you Toni and Guy Farnham

That was the biggest wow I have experienced from a hair salon. Absolutely lovely relaxing salon, beautiful decor and calm environment. Lucy was brilliant and really listened to my hair concerns. Have already booked for my daughter and I will def go back.

My first visit to the salon and it was a lovely experience Sam cut my hair with skill knowledge and empathy, giving good advice. I had a colour consultation with Sophie who was practical experienced and a lot of fun. We developed a good plan to improve the colour and condition. Overall very impressed and happy!

I thought the experience being there was amazing. Lovely staff, great engagement and loved the colour and cut.Unfortunately when I got home and later changed I noticed that the top of my dress at the back had been badly damaged from the hair dye. I can only imagine that there was not enough protection - I am gutted.

It was my first time at Toni&Guy and I was just amazed by the customer service, atmosphere and the final look I got. My hairdresser was Ana, who did an excellent job, having crafted a perfect stylised look that I asked for. Definitely coming back here next time I need a fresh haircut!

She listened carefully to my requests and gave me expert advice on what would look best for my hair type and face shape. She was knowledgeable, skilled, and incredibly friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable and fun. Lottie paid attention to every detail and ensured that my hair looked stunning from every angle.I also had the pleasure of having Kim do the colouring in my hair, and she was incredible. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure to give me a beautiful, natural-looking colour that was perfect for my skin tone.The final result was a fantastic haircut that I absolutely love. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling confident and stylish. The salon experience at Farnham Toni and Guy was unparalleled, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut and salon experience. Kim is a fantastic and skilled colourist, she puts me at ease about my colour and always give me the result I want. The vibe in the salon is nice and all staff are accommodating. Sugar does the absolute best hair washer and scalp massage!
