Tessuti Preston

Ignorant, disrespectful and pathetic two members of staff I just met , I got told a few days they don't sell fendi ( but FLANNERS there sister company do !!! ) so I had a look on tessuti website and they do, so I went day after and asked again do you sell fendi and the reply was no but are sister company flannels do, so I said ok I will just have a look around straight I caught them out if he corner of my eye both smirked and noddy at each other like I was either shop lifter or I didn't have a penny to my name and when I was walking out they did it again, they where both women looking about 40 MID LIFE CRISIS TIME I SUPPOSE by the looks of it , I wouldn't mind the clothes they where wearing looked liked 6 quids worth out of primark , SAD !!!!.

Really Rude and Un-Interested Staff, 2 members were friendly so it's bumped up to a 3 star.

Probably the best shop in Preston for clothes. Preston need more like this shop. Liverpool from now on more to pick from...up date manager as change hands ..got a top tryed to take it back was told i can't exchange the item. Because the tags was off. Witch i know by my trading standards was wrong. So ive sent a email to head office explaining that I'm unhappy with the process of returning goods. The money ive spent in this store over the years. I'm disgusted

I got robbed here. Someone used my credit card here! Transaction without pin. Total money stollen: 512.47

Bought some trainers from tesutti back in June … they were paul&shark so decent enough brand .. anyway they started to fray i contacted the store and the lady said pop in … I’d literally only worn them 3-4 times ,.. max ,,,Anyway went to store and the the lady issued me a full refund which i accepted.I could of swapped for anything in storeThe staff were all all really helpfulWill definitely shop here again

The old guy who I think is the manager with the hair do just wants your money after you have paid he treats you with no respect and asks another member of staff to serve you which takes 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend collecting orders from here as you have already paid so there is no hurry to serve you so once again you will be put aside while they serve others. More bothered about what they gonna get from makkies than how they gonna treat you when you spending loads of your hard earned cash there you expect there to be great staff that treat you like you are their no. 1 priority. Terrible store wouldn't recommend buying from there. Go to Ocean clothing which is a 1 minutes walk from there or go to a different tessuti store

Shopped here or rather tried to shop here.Weird atmosphere in store,Staff not interested.Went elsewhere.

Very nice clothes in side and very helpful staff
