Still in the process of trying to get my claim sorted, and NOTHING! my wife has been on the phone to them for more than 6 hours over the last few days on a 0344 number which cost a lot! still no help, no answer and e-mails are not being answered either. As soon as the claim is finalised this insurance company is not getting any more money from me. My accident was 02-12-22, and it's now 03-02-23 and still waiting for information about my claim. Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely appalling company, our insurance is with Halifax and these are the underwriters. Left us abandoned in Dundee after picking the car up after an accident. even though our policy guarantees onward travel. Over an hour on hold each time we phoned and when we did manage to speak to someone, a full 3 days after the accident, they didn't even know where our car was. Without doubt, one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Always ask your insurance companies who their underwriters are and avoid like the plague if Premier are mentioned.Do not even consider.Accident in September, 3 full days I was chasing them, they pass work to car garages who do not have the capacity to deal and therefore reject the request. I was told to wait for a call back within the next 4 hours from the garage to arrange appointment. No call. Called premier, “they rejected the request” and when was I going to be informed? Long call waits. I must have spent hours collectively on the phone.Utterly useless, call backs promised. Left hand, right hand. Different messages from all spoken to. In the end I got the repairs done myself. 4 months later I receive a letter today (January) asking me to complete the accident report and thanking me for MY recent email, I haven’t sent an email! No customer service, different hymn sheets. Avoid!

I worked here for a couple of weeks. It was going well at first and I made a lot of effort to get the job and then the director said he had to go away for a bit to a different office. Whilst they were away I was bullied and the whole atmosphere was different and they sacked me without any reason. Be careful!

We have so far wasted 3.5 hours listening to mustang sally on their phone systems and have yet to get anything accomplished. I don't think this underwriters is fit for purpose, shameful customer service.

If you love being left on hold for over an hour before hanging up whilst listening to Mustang Sally on a loop then I can't recommend this company enough. If you want competent, responsive customer service then avoid like the plague.

Avoid at all costs, do not trust, it is a ripping off company like other insurance companies but this one is worse. They had stole more than 120 pounds from me. Choose someone else but this one! Someone hit my car and was never paid for it but my premium went up. I will seek legal advice. Avoid!!!

I've been chasing my car repair now for nearly 4 months. It took 2 months for the car to get to the repair company and its now 2 months later and everything lays on Premier. I have copies of two emails to me during the whole time this has endured. I'm counting nearly ten emails I have sent to various contacts within the company regarding the repair and a complaint against the untimely response to the incident. To then be insulted with an absolute insult of a compensation refund was the last straw for me to take this to the ombudsman after seeking legal advice so now have to deal and endure that process. I really hope Mr Tidd or Mr Brooks read this and decide to contact me personally to resolve this matter and reshape my view of this carnage of a so called respectable firm.

A complete shambles - unbelievable incompetence - pillar to post and back again. Hours of Mustang Sally each time, just to have a call centre operative offer to take a number and organise a call back which NEVER happens. I cannot begin to explain just how poor our experience with this company is, Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I made a claim more than a month ago and am still waiting to hear back. I’ve called more than a dozen times each time on hold for more than 40 minutes. Then put through to an answering service who tells me I will get a call back. I’m still waiting. It’s a complete disgrace. What are you supposed to do without a car for a month. Thankfully I’ve had other options but it’s making life extremely difficult.
