From start to finish, my family and I were shown brilliant customer service from Luqman and his team. Luqman went through the different styles and materials to assist us in selecting the correct and best carpet for our home. He displayed excellent knowledge and advice in a respectable manner resulting in us choosing a carpet he recommended.Communication was good once the order was made and the carpet arrived swiftly. We were given constant updates on when the fitters could come and they arrived on time. The fitting itself was of a high standard and they were very efficient in their work. Very pleasant staff. Luqman himself made checkups on the work and to see if we were happy with the selection.Overall a 5* rating for the service provided and quality of product. Definitely recommend Gordon’s Furniture for anyone looking for carpet or flooring. I have also heard multiple times their beds and sofas are top notch too!

Recently bought and had fitted lounge carpet and kitchen dinner cushion floor from Gordon's. Excellent quality and price and fitted by 2 professional fitters. Would highly recommend Gordon's and especially the carpet fitters.

Adam is amazing, he has a vast knowledge of all his products. Bought some carpets and bed of him and they came out perfect. if your shopping for carpets or beds definetly make a trip to Gordons they are cheap and offer quality goods.

lovely carpets and vinyl was laid for me. I am giving 3 stars because I was told they do not apply silicon to their vinyl which I found strange. unfortunately, they had started work and I couldn'task them to stop.Since it wasn't sealed, the vinyl started lifting off the bathroom floor as water had gotten under it. My advice is if you have kids that might splash round, make sure you get someone to seal off when they are done applying vinyl. This cost me as I had to get someone to do it for me which I am not happy with. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

A fabulous service from start to finish from Adam and Med who were brilliant for advise and communication. We re floored our 4 bed house in full with hard and carpet floorings. The product quality was excellent, fitting service superb and price extremely competitive. Would highly recommend and will certainly be the place I return for any future requirements.

Perhaps, given all the good reviews, I am just unlucky with this company. After forgetting to deliver my flooring it finally arrived at 11pm. I arranged my own fitting as their joiner was unable to do it on the day required. However not enough beading had been ordered, I was promised they would get it for me and fit it. I waited in on various pre arranged days, finally the fitter came but with the wrong beading, a new date was arranged but the beading was out of stock at the suppliers. After another wait my son managed to get a strip of beading from the shop to check it was the right one. After this it became impossible to contact the shop by phone and the owner was never around when I went in the shop. Finally after 10 weeks of waiting I managed to get someone else to fit it - it took 20 minutes. They were supposed to be doing another job for me but I doubt I’ll ever get that done now. It seems a case of, we’ve got your money, it’s only a small job, so we’re not interested anymore.

So pleased with my new flooring and carpets, this is the 3rd time I have gone back to Gordon’s furniture i am so pleased with all my purchases from this place. Great staff especially Adam thank you very much

Amazing customer service by Luqman and the staff at Gordons. I wasn't sure what kind of carpet I wanted but Luqman was very helpful to talk us through the pro's and cons of different types of carpets and he was very knowledgeable. We ended up going for a carpet that he recommended as it ticked all the boxes for our needs. We were kept updated even on the day of delivery and I was given updates as to when I could expect the fitters to turn up. Fitting was completed efficiently and to a high standard.Overall very happy with my experience and a big shout out to Luqman!

I got my carpets done in the summer, thought I'd give it time before giving a proper review. So they are spot on, they got me the best deal, the price across the market is the same but what quality you get for the price differs. Gordons gave me a amazing quality for a good price, the feel is spot on. With the fitting the guys came in and did it in a speedy time and got all those tiny bits 'attention to detail' I recommend them to everyone
