Poor level of service. Initially received items poorly polished, we had to pay for and then re-polish ourselves.We tried to work with them and their processes to get a better result. Got polishing mops made especially for them. They then decide and refuse to do the work after saying the mops don't fit their machines... Wasted weeks of our time as well as money.I'd avoid them.
