Ordered a product. Received an email to say the order had been completed (dispatched).Over a week later and I've still not received anything.I had to email them to find out that the item has been discontinued and they will now refund me.I need that item for tomorrow.Won't be ordering anything from them again.

I missed the cut off for DPD next day delivery (by choice, I knew it was past the cut off and was happy to wait an extra day just to avoid using Yodel.) Discount cream changed the delivery to Yodel without giving me a choice as they hadn't collected that day's post... They did refund the extra so can't fault them for that. But it's now 5 days later and I still haven't had my parcel, because Yodel are the most useless company in the world. 4 stars as every other order has been fine up until now and I appreciate that it isn't really their fault but if they had just left the order alone and let DPD collect the next day I would have my parcel by now and wouldn't have had to waste a whole day stuck indoors trying to guess when/if Yodel decide they will turn up

Order placed on Sunday and arrived 1 day earlier than expected. Packaged well and had communication from start to finish. Order was also half the price compared to other suppliers. Very pleased. Thank you

I have ordered from discount creams several times and each time the service has been great, cannot fault them on the preciseness and delivery! Made profiteroles but won't post any pictures as my presentation is awful haha. Looking forward to ordering again in the future :)
