I won’t be using N M Electrical again. They changed my outdoor lights as I wanted to update them and use the existing ones elsewhere. However, they either threw my old ones away or kept them. When I asked a couple of weeks later where they were, Josh told me they were “in a box somewhere” but didn’t say where. I explained I couldn’t find them, his response was, “nothing I can do” and then ghosted me. When you have a contactor at your house you expect Honesty, Integrity and Trust from them, just as they do from you when they leave their expensive tools lying around. Sadly, lacking here.

TOTALLY DISAGREE with PHIL and his discusting comments !NM Electrical do all of our work on hundreds of properties and are trustworthy,prompt,tidy and professional at all times.Usually when old electrical parts are removed they have been left on site if requested. but who wants to keep something that has been replaced for a newer model ? surely if they were so important he would have made this clear at the time of the removal not weeks later. I am sure he would have had his lights and not have to put on a bad review !!!!!
