Registration of Births Deaths and Marriages
The Citizenship ceremony was very well organised, people wear masks and there was an empty space between participants. Enjoyed the national anthem and atmosphere. Received my certificate after the ceremony and have also received supporting documents on applying for the passport.

Very good service, strict covid restrictions in place which is very reassuring.We met with a lady called Sandra and she was just lovely a real warm, easy to get along with lovely lady, no question left unanswered and she even showed us the room we will be getting married in. She made the whole experience exciting and inviting! Thank you Sandra we look forward to meeting you again in a few weeks time as you pronounce us Husband and Wife!

Fantastic team! Thank you to everyone for my big day. My parents are living abroad and because of the Covid19 period so they couldn’t come! I was missing them at some point. The staff at the registration room know how to make a smooth conversation and to make you feel comfortable. It means a lot! Also the lady has done great at my interview. During the application process they have always replied quick and promptly.

Great service from the Registers team (especially compared to the usual council services). There was a short queue, but the registration/checkin process was quick and efficient. Make sure that you are at the right entrance, they have their own entry to the town hall just up the hill from the council reception/service centre (which always has a much larger queue!)

Very beautiful setting, great views, decor and building. Truly enjoyed a ceremony here for naturalization. Stunning quality and standards! The mayor was a true gentleman. Very proud to be part of this council and to live in this area.
