Talk Telecom have been so helpful and friendly with our switchover. Our previous supplier made the switch over a little difficult but Talk Telecom were very understanding and amenable to changes to the switchover date. Emma was very patient while we made our decisions. Jake, the engineer who conducted the install was fantastic. He explained how thing would be done and was very polite. He had us up and running with virtually no down time. He was very tidy and spent time with all the users to ensure they fully understood the operation of the new handsets. I would highly recommend Talk Telecom to anyone.
