Bought this stunning stove with them.Chris & Andy have been really good in providing advice to choose the right pieces for this stove assembly.Their installer John is a great person, very commited into his job. He takes time to execute each task carefully and properly so the finish is great.You can comtemplate the picture.I highly recommend them !All the best,Antoine

I had originally left this review to complain that I drove 13 miles to get to the shop & they weren't even open as per their own opening hours. I was pretty annoyed so I left a voicemail on the shop answer phone and was surprised as the next day the Manager called me to apologise explained the reason the shop was closed due to an emergency and offered my discount should I make a purchase which i thought was very kind.

Really don't know much about this place other than I visited there for the first time to purchase a fire. The lady assistant there was very helpful, and I'm currently awaiting the delivery of my new fire.

Contacted Robertson's to install a wood burning stove. They recommended Ross from RGA contractors very welcoming. Exceeded expectations, quick turnaround and very tidy. So much so he's doing more work for us.

Bought an electric heater. It arrived. We picked up. Staff friendly. Communication not greatErratic hours. Days when no one was there. Arrived during supposed opening hours one day to find handwritten notice on door saying everyone was at the warehouse. Wasted round trip of 56 miles.Advise telephoning to check if open in advance of visiting.

Bought a new fireplace with granite hearth and wood surround. Andy was very helpful and offered some ideas and lots of help. 4 weeks later it's installed and absolutely stunning. John the fitter has done a beautiful job and I can't be happier. I would thoroughly recommend Robertson fireplaces.
