Doggy Dazzle

I took my first collie/beagle dog who was a very big and bouncy boy here and he had wonderful treatment and always came home very happy and smelling beautiful until we lost him.My new collie puppy has been going for 4 months - she has a monthly visit to keep her extra clean as she loves the sea and the mud. She loves going here, is always wagging her tail and comes home beautiful, often with a little bow, smells wonderful and very happy. (you can just see the pink bow in the photo)In response to another review - yes there is a lot of dog hair and the smell is occasionally of damp dog, especially if there is another dog being done but given its a groomers I think you could expect it. I haven't actually asked about the products but Natasha noticed a patch of flaky skin the first time we took her which we got checked out at the vet - its wasn't anything to worry about - as I hadn't noticed it.I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else - she is looked after properly and isn't worried about going which is, to me, the sign of someone who can be trusted which is the most important thing

First impressions upon entering the Groomers was that it was very small, unclean and the smell of damp dog was quite overwhelming. There was hair everywhere, all over the counters, up on the ceiling and covering every inch of the reception. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. I expect there to be some hair and I wasn’t expecting it to smell of roses but the smell made me worry that my dog would come back smelling of the dampness. As this was my first experience with a groomers I didn’t know any different and left him for his groom and returned to collect him an hour later. He looked quite happy wandering around when I got there and he did seem to be mainly clean, under his eyes were still needing washed a little more. When I tried to ask about the products used, the groomer wasn’t very knowledgeable and couldn’t provide much information about the products. I was also informed the same product is used for all dogs, I was expecting maybe different shampoos for dark hair or white hair or sensitive skin, but I was informed they use the same product. My dogs nails also weren’t trimmed and he’s very easy to do. I had advised how best to trim them when dropping him off. When I collected him the groomer didn’t say why they hadn’t been cut, only that they were running behind due to issues with another dog. I did mention the amount of hair and dirt and they said they keep saying to the owner they need to take time to clean it but it never happens. After some research into other groomers I have found that the amount of hair and dirt is not a standard thing within a groomers and it shouldn’t have been like this.As my dog was clean (despite nails not being trimmed for no reason and under eyes) I have given a 3 as the groomer was polite. Unfortunately due to lack of knowledge, cleanliness of premises and just overall level of service and going that extra mile for customer satisfaction not being there I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use the service again.

Natasha has been grooming my fairly elderly Yorkie every 6 weeks since she began her own business. The salon has always been clean when we drop her off with only the expected odour of warm water having been used. Our dog has had most of her teeth removed so drools a lot which makes her beard" matt very quickly despite constant combing and Natasha still makes her look lovely each time. She sends us progress photos of her groom and is always pleasant in nature and most accommodating both in person or if messaging.Jessie smells lovely after her groom and is always spotlessly clean . I would recommend Natasha to others without hesitation."

Brought my puppy for his ever groom to doggy dazzle and I couldn't be happier with the way he came back to me. Being from a farm every experience was extremely new to him and he was quite shy, however he had no issues with being groomed at all at doggydazzle. He came out confident and looking much better than he had. having a double coated breed I asked for best brush and treatments for his type of coat and was giving the best suggestions which I now use daily to avoid any matting on my pup. My pup has been for two other grooms here and has always came out smelling and looking fab (he even allows her to clean his face which he hates getting done) Although doggy dazzle is a one groomer business Natasha has always given the time to speak about any issues regarding my pups coat and making him feel comfortable within her service. The shampoo and conditioner used when my pup gets his groom always has his coat smooth and fresh. Again the fact my puppy came from a farm and hadn't seen a brush before he went for a groom I would highly recommend this service as there has been no issues whatsoever for my wee guy.

Natasha groomed my pug recently and done an amazing job, fully explained everything that she was going to do with my dog before I left my dog in her capable hands! Will be taking my other dog to visit her soon too!

I took my black Labrador Pepsi to Natasha as she started to have a problem with a lot of dandruff which was getting worse the more she was brushed. Pepsi was happy to be left with her and I had no problems leaving her with Natasha as I was confident that Pepsi would be well looked after in her care. My happy girl was picked up smelling and looking great and 3/4 weeks down the road she has no signs of the dandruff returning even when she’s brushed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Doggy Dazzle as I was very pleased with the service provided as was Miss Pepsi.
