The store was only taking cash at the tills due to card system been down. Should have had a member of staff telling customers in queue that this was the case. Felt sorry for people who wer'e only told when they got to the till's.

Terrible customer service. The Lady manager was rude and racist. I don't know how they hire such people for such customer oriented environment. Would discourage anyone to go there.

The music they play in the store is enough to make me walk straight back out and it's always the same rubbish SO ANNOYING .

Assistant left us waiting for 15 minutes for trainers until we questioned him as to where they were. Then when we got to the till the trainers offered were the wrong ones. Sorted out eventually but was a joke.

Vast sports shop good variety of sports equipment at reasonable prices difficult to find things been on 3 floor levels but assistants are helpful directing you to the right floor

I rang the shop today and asked if they had a item in store in a certain size the guy I spoke with was really helpful had a look for me and the item was in stock so they put it behind the counter with my name really helpful as I travel far to here and not all shops check
