I've recently secured a flat to rent through Bridgfords, Chorlton. I knew it was a busy time in the year to be looking in MCR's crowded housing market, but I definitely underestimated how hard it would be to find somewhere on a short-term basis. Ellie and Trudie were the first estate agents who took the time to understand my needs / situation. They have been efficient, helpful, and kind. Ellie, in particular, has been a breath of fresh air to deal with - it sounds like she really enjoys her job!

I have just moved into a house in the Chrolton area with 2 housemates using Bridgfords. The service we received was attentive, friendly and readily available from the very start of the process. During the initial viewing, Ellie was very helpful in showing me round the house, clearly very organised and professional. Our offer was accepted and despite some issues from the separate referencing agency they used regarding communication, we were able secure the house and move in. During this process, Trudie proved to be an excellent asset to us regarding the referencing process, tenancy agreement and moving in, we cannot recommend her enough! Overall, comparing my experience with Bridgfords, Ellie and Trudie with other estate agents in the area, I would direct anyone who is looking in the Chorlton area for a property to their office.
