Re: Allen Ford Jutsums Lane Service Centre.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.Over the last month, Allen Ford:Returned my vehicle without having being serviced and couldn’t explain why.Quoted me £1700 for work that wasn't due or required.Urgently recalled my vehicle after realising they'd sent it out without engine coolant.Quoted me £150 for labour to replace four locking wheel nuts, after my key went missing.Mistakes happen. But what concerns me the most, as it calls into question their integrity as a company, is how they attempted to justify the labour cost for the wheel nut replacement. They argued that without my missing key, they'd have to use brute force to remove the wheel nuts. I reminded them that just two days earlier, they'd used their master key to remove my vehicle's wheel. They claimed that the master keys were no longer available. The next day, after the work was completed (at a negotiated rate), the technician confirmed they simply used the master key.What went well? Kev, their driver, was polite, friendly and helpful.

My Salesperson, Holly was really nice to deal with. She was very attentive and made sure all my needs were accommodated. She got me a brilliant deal, which i was overjoyed with. She returned calls when she said she would . I have bought many cars from this dealership, I have always been happy. But Holly has out performed & I would definitely recommend asking for her by name & buying from her at Allen Ford.

Very friendly and kept me updated at all times through the production and delivery process. Bought a Puma through Allen Ford, aside from the car being more than we had expected, the courtesy and professional approach from the team here (in particular Alex) was refreshing to experience.
