Our tests were easy to book online , were at a very convenient location and we were seen on time. The service was friendly and efficient and we received our results/fit to travel certificates on the same day in the time frame promised. Great service.

Great experience. Had the test done at drake circus office on the Friday at 1 30pm and had the results by 6pm same day via email. Can't fault it at all.

Absolute thieves.I purchased same day PCR test and day 2 return to UK test at an extortionate price of £230.My flight was cancelled 5 days prior to my appointment so I asked for a refund as I no longer required them to do the tests. Only to be told I would not get a single penny back.In my opinion they stole my money and are thieves.Please read their refund policy it's disgusting and avoid this company at all costs.There are plenty of other more honest companies out there for your covid testing needs.

May 21 update, Company is useless, they did not even read my review What good are vouchers, we don't live in the UK. Return my Money.Had to cancel our PCR fit to travel appointment due to health reasons. I called and emailed Dr. Ron Stolte for a refund before our appointment day. He sent me an email and said to consider the email as a voucher good for 12 months.We don't live in the UK and so what good are vouchers. Do not use this company!

Fabulous service. Quick to answer their emails. Made extra effort to help a local secondary school get their children tested so they could leave for their school ski trip.

Overpriced and family member tested positive on arrival at destination 24 hrs later (proof available) resulting in 14 days quarantine. Read the small print as well. Plenty of cheaper more reliable services available locally so shop around.

I agreed with previous review. They are Thieves. I cancelled my clinic appointments 7 days beforehand. They refused to reply to e-mails. The receptionist couldn’t transfer calls to Manager. It costs me over £230 for something I didn’t use. AVOID THIS COMPANY. DONT USE THEM.
