The parking was terrible, the parking spaces were all full. Apart from that it was all clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and pleasant to talk to. Will was my contact there and he was polite and professional couldn't rate him highly enough.

Vauxhall High Wycombe! useless ! Advance VauxhallAll very nice and quick to take your money and happy to lease you a car but are not as helpful when you need it fixed! Awful customer service ! So patronising , made me feel stupid ,could of cried at how embarrassed they made me feel in front of everyone! I need my car fixed as it’s not drivable and I have a child! They was having non of it! Wouldn’t touch it coz it hadn’t had a recent service, but haven’t had the car long.. Kept saying it’s my car…. Funny that But I do lease it from Vauxhall… Would never ever buy another car from them again! get me out of this lease!! Steer clear of them!!

Brilliant service from motability guy. I rang up on day to test drive a car, and he was very helpful. Service was amazing. Only downside is parking. Especially when you have difficulty getting in and out of car due to disability as only space was tiny. But luckily I had my brother to park the car. Ordered a car on the day and look forward to dealing with this branch more often.

Ordered a car part, waited weeks to hear anything despite me chasing via emailAsked someone working there to have a look at our clutch as it slips in reverse and other car garages in the area suggested going directly to Vauxhall as they haven’t seen this issue before…Firstly advance had the audacity to suggest it was my clutch control. I wonder if my dad had asked instead, would they would dare suggest it was driver error? Then they told me they would charge me £120 just to have a look. A job that other garages in the area have done for free.Lastly I went in to ask if they could reset the computer on my car. A job I know takes 2 minutes…again they wanted £120They aren’t particularly helpful or generous and I really hope I won’t have to return! They make me wish I didn’t have an Astra

There is a great team here: real human beings. My car issue was sorted swiftly (at least, the problem hasn't come back to date). There was a slight glitch in the process, but it was dealt with really well and for me that's important. No company this size never makes mistakes: so it's how you deal with them that counts. So top marks anyway!
