Helen's enthusiasm is great and infectious. I love going to her zumba classes. She puts the moves really well with the music and offers a wide variety of styles from bollywood to hiphop. It is always a highlight of my week to go to her classes. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were recommended Helen to create a ‘first dance’ for our wedding. We had chosen the song but we are both terrible dancers. Well Helen created a simple elegant dance routine which we enjoyed practicing in the evening in our little conservatory. She is patient and encouraging and we both thank her for her guidance. We still dance to that song but only when we’re on our own. Hehe!
