I can hands down say that booking in with Rebecca was one of the best things I’ve done for my physical and mental health.From the very first appointment I have seen improvements and I no longer sound like a creaky tinman when I get up from the sofa. My migraines have also decreased and so has my neck pain - each session has seen things get better and better. I had tried so many different alternatives for the pain - from acupuncture through to extensive massage therapy - but nowhere has been as thorough and as helpful as here.More than that, though, Rebecca is an absolute angel. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease - she’s got a wealth of knowledge and can explain what’s going on in a way that really makes sense. Her kind nature means that you feel instantly relieved and you can tell this is something she’s incredibly passionate about.The clinic also brings such a great feel with the people I’ve met to check me in also being really caring and approachable. Saw Dr Rebecca this morning for the first time. I've had an issue with neck pain for months that flared up very painfully in the last week. After one session, I can already feel the benefit and my overall posture has improved. I am still feeling a little pain and discomfort around my neck area, but the session has made a huge difference (I'd been barely able to move for the previous two days), and I'm confident that after a couple more sessions, I will be pain free again. I am recommending Dr Rebecca because she is thorough in her diagnosis process, and in explaining the treatment at every step of the way. She is welcoming, warm and friendly and instantly dissolves any nerves you might have about the process if you've never done it before, or even, as in my case, it has been a few years since you last saw a chiropractor.I am also hugely appreciative of the wonderful receptionist who wore a mask because I am still in the high risk category for Covid infection and continue to mask indoors. I do not expect others to mask because I do, but the receptionist did it anyway out of kindness, and I was very moved by that. I also appreciated Rebecca offering to mask for my appointment.I live with Multiple Sclerosis and will be adding a quarterly visit to Dr Rebecca to my toolbox for staying as healthy as I can and slowing the progression of my condition. Southsea Chiropractic are, in my view, an incredible team of people and an amazingly priced service for the level of care and attention you will receive. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and cannot wait for my next visit - something I don't often say of the numerous health-related appointments I frequently attend as an MS patient!

I could hardly walk, sit-down or stand up when I went in and walked out! Rebecca has been empathetic, thoughtful, and the ultimate Chiropractic professional. She took time to listen and understand the root of the problems, Then explained her cause of treatment in simple understandable terms .I had full treatment on the first session! I walked out and had my first full night sleep pain free for 2 month! Highly recommended, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and above all a human approach to people in pain, all followed by practical advice and treatment from the first visit...highly recommended...

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic when I saw her for my shoulder injury! Her knowledge of the body, and simple yet effective explanations as to what had gone wrong and what she was doing to help, really put me at ease. So had my second visit today and wow again an amazing visit, Rebecca listened to what I needed doing and where the pain is. For years I’ve been in pain with my shoulder and neck after one visit I felt at least a 60% improvement I can move my neck and haven’t taken painkillers. My neck feels amazing after today visit can’t wait for my next visit already.

My session was with Rebecca, a chiropractor who truly exceeded my expectations.She was able to effectively adjust my lower back, providing me with much needed relief. Simply AMAZING! Super experience, wonderfully attentive and patient, such expertise and comforting treatment. Dr Rebecca is 100% the most joyous and delightful human who sees you for your story without judgement and gets it. Using mad skills and brilliant expertise to ease you and and work magic to realign. Rebecca is amazing. I cannot believe the relief I have got in 3 sessions!initially I went to Rebecca for my back, but she is so much more than that. Iv had 2 TMJ surgery’s which were unsuccessful however after just 3 treatments with Rebecca I have more movement in my jaw that I ever have! I can’t thank her enough, and cannot wait for my next appointment.

Dr Rebecca is a miracle worker, plain and simple. After three years of headaches, sometimes so debilitating the only option was to lay flat for hours at a time, sometimes lasting all day, I made the decision to get treatment.
