Highly recommend. Amazing sunglasses made from high quality materials. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable too. A welcoming relaxed atmosphere. No pushy sellers. Just had an eye test with them also. The optician Shalini was very thorough and explained everything clearly. A great experience. I’ll be back.

Great eye exam experience. I was walked through everything with care and the optometrist Shalini was professional helping answer any questions. Cool, relaxed vibes and a lovely space in general. Have been getting my eyes tested here for years.

I'm getting my glasses from Finlay for the past few years, was always happy with quality and service. I recently had an issue with my new prescription and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I contacted the team, the staff was attentive, and ready to help. Josh, the optician who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail with patience and care. he fixed the issue I had and went the extra mail to make sure I will get the glasses delivered back to me.Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is truly outstanding, and I will definitely be returning for my future eyewear needs. Got my glasses through this shop and very glad I did it in the shop and not just online (which I’m sure also would have been great). The service is insane, very attentive optometrist, super helpful and in general very kind. I don’t think I’ve gotten a service like this before from London specs shops.

I had my eye examination and glasses fitted at this eyewear store on May 9th. The optometrist was incredibly patient, even though English is not my mother tongue, they patiently communicated with me. The optometrist also took into consideration that I needed to work in the afternoon and kindly scheduled the dilation for a later time.The team members were very patient in assisting me with ordering Zeiss lenses. After wearing the glasses for a month, my vision feels very clear!

Have been completely overwhelmed and impressed by the level of customer service provided by Finlay, and in particular Josh. On a trip to London I purchased a pair of varifocal lenses that weren't quite right for me and the Team at Finlay could not have done more to resolve the issue remotely. Several couriers have been sent back and forth with my lenses and in the end the solution they came up with is ideal. They have set a benchmark in customer service in my mind. Well done everyone at Finlay!
