I recently visited a Korean convenience store and was assisted by a friendly and helpful employee named Berham. I was impressed by his excellent customer service skills, which made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Berham was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and was able to answer all my questions with ease.

Your card payment is so slow that your employees have to pay eg £70 for when a customer walks out when payment is rejected. You disgust me that an employee of yours is relinqueshing their hard earned wages for the day because you will not update the card payment technology, bye bye you disgrace.

Super lazy staff, doesn’t want to serve customer, they wanted cash, we said we have cash, then said card, we said we do have card as well, then said too late!!!Therefore, it was 9.48pm, they said they’re closed!

i like this store! It has a good atmosphere and a good selection consdering the size of the store. They dont take cash though, which i get that its 2023 and cash is not as popular. I highly reccomend and it has an amazing range of instant ramen!!

Never seen such a lazy stuff. They don’t respect customers! They normally close at 10pm, but even though I got there at 9.48pm, they refused to serve me. I pleaded them, explaining that I came long way and got wet on the way, but they didn’t want to listen me and closed the door. I recommend not to go this shop and never buy from there!

I visit Oseyo nearly every week and everything is great about this store but today, I experience a really bad customer service. I went in brought some stuff and went to the cashier. After paying, I kindly asked the cashier for a receipt, she didn’t say anything but she threw the receipt to me! when you can just kindly give it to me. Bad customer service, no manners seems like she didn’t want work there, no thank you, no smiling, just a really bad vibe going on in the shop. Didn’t see her name but the service was terrible.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY ANYMORE!!! Got litarly kicked out with a half full basket.Was not even allowed to pay.She was kind and it's apparently a new rule.It's a shame I loved coming there now I can only recommend all going to Anji OrientalSame food but dog friendly at least

Great Korean Store. Especially like the detailing… they even have BTS music section! Lovely store!
