This is my local but I wouldn't call it a super market in the sense of Tesco and the like. It is far more modest in terms of size and range of groceries. In fact, what makes this a popular choice for residents is that it offers that product you need immediately and you cannot be bothered to wait for your main shopping trip. The prices are fair than your average corner shop or the Co-op and the opening hours are standard. The staff are great. There is a post office service here too, isn't that great?

Just been in there drawed £10 out of the cash machine wanted a pack of sweets for £1 and guy says I've no change in the till LMAO , I've owned my own convenience store and fully well know you always have coins and £5 notes on hand otherwise you might aswell close up shop , very very disappointed as its local and I've spent loads in there, guy was very rude when I asked your telling me I can't buy a pack of sweets ...an absolute joke of a convenience store ill be contacting your local booker londis rep to have a chat .

It was soooooo hot today and this store was lovely and cool. Heavenly. Could hardly tear myself away. Nice assistant said I could stay all afternoon - how nice!!Only went in for bread. It all appears to be from Warburton and every loaf I would consider contained palm oil. I try not to buy products containing palm oil because of habitat destruction and ruination for wildlife - even 'sustainable' palm oil has been grown on land which may have been an orangutan's home.

They hv a good selection of essentials. Friendly staff.

Great local shop - I love that by the time I get to the counter, the owner has my brand of cigarettes already waiting for me! - it's a lovely touch and definitely inspires brand loyalty... I always make the effort to make this my first stop...

This WAS a great little shop, with friendly staff, a very good range of products and it was immaculately clean and tidy. I went there very recently and was stunned. It was not clean, there was stock all over the floor not put away and empty boxes and packaging in front of shelves. The stock was poor, bread out of date, ham discoloured so it must have been stored wrong before it went on the shelf, stock not labelled properly, some way overpriced and some not even priced. Staff not friendly and TBH, I won't be visiting again. I would recommend visiting the Coronation garage further up the road instead.I had to give 1 star as 0 wasn't an option.

Dropped in some parcels for collection, very helpful and efficient. Good store for picking up bits and pieces. Easy parking.Thank you.
