AMAZING!First time ordering and it certainly won't be the last. I can't believe I have missed out on this lovely food after all these years! Easy to order, big portion sizes, reasonably priced, fresh, authentic and HOT. What more you could ask for! We were all impressed with our food and it got the thumbs up from the children.

Ordered take out so can't comment on atmosphere. Food was absolutely incredible, i had the garlic chicken and fella had the fajitas. Delivery was spot on time and the portion sizes are huge. Will default be ordering again

Ordered a take away from hospital, driver couldn't get in touch so he left. When we call, they redid our order, food was hot and delicious. Good customer service.

Ordered takeaway like we have several times before without issue, 1st issue went to the wrong address then turned up at our address with the food left on the roof from the previous wrong address (3mins round the corner) missing the garlic bread, came back 5mins later with a cold garlic bread that had been left on the porch of the wrong address. Customer service offered a replacement garlic bread, shambles.

Really dissapointed , orderd 2 burgers and fries also pasta and a drink , rang up to order drink only to be told 45 minutes later that the food hadn’t even left !!! I said I didn’t want cold chips and to send fresh ones . The food eventually came , the burgers were dry as they been sat there all that time and the chips had been reheated !! And surprise surprise they forgot my drink . Not the first time it’s not been good but decided to give it another go but won’t bother again , rang up to give them a chance to rectify over the phone just to be told they would give us free stuff ! When I asked what free stuff was I was told there was no manager to explain what free stuff meant , didn’t want free stuff just wanted a burger that hadn’t been sat there for an hour and was dry and rubbery .

Ordered a few times now & extremely impressed. The food is amazing. Our favourite is the spicy garlic tomato bread (not for the faint hearted). Delicious tasty food. Excellent. Highly recommend. 5 ***. Definitely our favourite place. Thanks Buon Cibo xxx

Avoid like the plague. Portion sizes have literally halved. Spent 24 quid on barely enough pasta for a child and a 9 inch pizza. We've been loyal customers for years. Will not be ordering from here again
