2020 visit- I'm a dental phobic patient due to bad experiences at other surgeries and having a horrible experience with Gas to have a tooth removed in the 1980's.I would only see Dentist Dr Debora Coelho-Nunes who is absolutely amazing, she has such a calming demeanour about her that reduces my anxiety significantlyDr Coelho-Nunes's colleauge called Dental Nurse Sabrina Bellevicine was lovely and bubbly, the combination of the two are a brilliant Dental Team.I was in the chair this morning waiting for my tooth to be removed after the anesthetic and wondered why the chair was being moved forward ready for me to exit? I asked when the tooth was going to be removed, to be told it had already been removed? This has happened on more than one occasion.This is how good this Dentist is. I can't speak highly enough of Dentist Dr Debora Coelho-Nunes and Dental Nurse Sabrina Bellevicine. My only anxiety now is if these two leave the surgery and go elsewhere......2017 visit-Dr Debora Nunes-Dentist was excellent with me. I was a dental phobic before visiting this surgery, but she helped ease my fears and calm my anxieties regarding my tooth abstraction that needed to be done. Dr Nunes Colleauge a Dental nurse who's name I didn't get was also very friendly and pleasant. Also the two receptionists are very personable, relaxed and friendly with helps one relax while waiting to see a dentist. Thank you, to you all for making it a bearable experience for me! After 40 years of nerves todays visit was wonderfull ,being in pain for so long and finally starting the process of getting sorted out . I was treated so well today true professionls ,Getting me out of pain and ready for the next procedure . No pain fast and professional.Thank you

Once again when I thought they couldn’t get any better the team here Anna and Nav have excelled we had an issue with braces which they had nothing to do with being fitted, they fitted us in and resolved the issue on a busy Friday. Honestly can’t thank you enough. Keep up the good work.

The team at Family Dental Care Centre are amazing. From the time I hear Tracey's voice on the phone to the time I leave Dr Panchal's office, everyone is reassuring, professional, and kind. I am grateful to the team for sorting out my dental treatments, and especially thankful to them for arranging an emergency dental appointment that left me very stressed and upset. My daughter has ASD and Selective Mutism and dreads anything to do with teeth. She has always refused to wobble any and had ended up with a baby tooth embedded in her gum at a right angle to the new one but would never show me or tell me. The lovely, patient dentist removed the tooth with care and patience, telling her what was happening every step of the way, removing it under local anaesthetic. My daughter, whilst clearly anxious, was totally put at ease. I was allowed me to hold her hand during the tough bits. Thank you so much.

First impressions were very good! All staff very helpful and friendly. I saw Mitesh and he was excellent, very thorough and answered any questions I had. Cannot fault my experience!

I went to the Family Dental Care Centre yesterday and saw Mitesh for a whitening consultation, he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.

I hate having to visit a dentist, being as over the years I have had more than one bad experience, but my visit to this surgery was absolutely wonderful. I would certainly recommend anyone who is afraid of dentists to go along to this one. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door, before any treatment was given .

The worst dental treatment I’ve had in my life and worst follow up. All they’ve done was prescribe me antibiotics and get me private appointments in other clinics that no one can afford. Never call back when they say they will. I’ve been incredibly patient whilst in pain. No choice but to leave the honest review. I hope no one ever goes through this, you should all be ashamed, what you’ve done is terrible and can lead to health problems.. you DID NOT try your best!!
