Hired a bike box for a week long trip abroad. Guys at the shop were very responsive to inquiries and the rates for rental were good and on-par with competitors. If this experience is anything to go by, I'm sure the other work they do would be stellar too; thoroughly recommend

User Bomber for a set of MTB wheels, overwhelmed with the service and build quality. I needed an additional spacer for my cassette so popped back to get one - that's the benefit of using a local bike wheel builder. Keep up the great work, I'll definitely be back.

Needed a new D-lock and a new chain fitted, Dropped my bike off on Friday and I was told to come in and pick it up later that day, nice & easy (I work in the same warehouse a few doors down from them).The issues were pretty non-stop from this point.- They closed 15 minutes early that day, so I had to get an Uber home. And again to come in on the Monday. Not ideal, that’s almost £30..- The Kryptonite lock I bought started malfunctioning almost immediately. I asked for a replacement and they had none in stock, the dude literally suggested to buy one to use while I wait for them to be ordered in while he raises some sort of request with Kryptonite. Which seems crazy, I ain’t made of money.- After failing to provide a replacement I was told I could get a refund, didn’t have my card on me that day. When I finally got the refund a few days later, I didn’t get any kind of confirmation email, wasn’t given a timeframe for when the money is returned and the money isn’t in my account, so I will most likely have to chase it.All this while I have no D-lock, making my day-to-day very difficult.Fairly clunky service. If you’re spending £2k on a bike I’m sure the customer service improves, they seem like decent people. Perhaps I just got unlucky.

I've had Greg look at numerous bikes of mine over the years. Every. Single. Time. He has done an exceptional job. He's nailed all the basics you'd expect from a service but has also done some real investigative work on various issues I've presented him with. This includes spotting some serious safety issues others haven't detected. I'd 100% recommend his services to others!

Excellent service and unbeatable bike maintenance time and time again. Just purchased a set of hand built wheels that are a dream to ride. More of a precision engineer than a bike mechanic. Thanks Greg. Great service as always.
