Boots Opticians Brighton - North Street

My optician, Constance was thorough, careful and so smiley & friendly it was a pleasure to get my eyes checked ! This is a first !The only downside was the member of staff who tested my peripheral vision, whose breath was so bad I couldn’t bear to stay to look at frames.

Prompt and professional service.Optician was very thorough, and shared all findings with other health care professionals where appropriate.

My eye follow up post cataract op appointment went well. The optician was great. The assistant, who I think was called Issie was very good in helping me to choose my reading glass and sunglass’s frames. We agreed on the best ones and I went away feeling happy.

I just had my new prescription glasses done here and was super quick and stress free! I was seen by Kate and Tory that put me at ease and relaxed through the whole appointment, that made all so much easier! Glasses came in 1 week. Cheap and good quality. Definitely recommend.

Poor seats on initial examination room. No arms on both different type awkward for elderly to safely get in and out of. Why not one manoverable chair (on sliders not wheels as floor not carpeted) to slide between both units. No coat hanger - had to leave on chair!No space on units to safely place customers spectacles when using equipment- mine were knocked off edge of table when operator realigned equipment..The waiting area was clean, spacious and bright. The initial examination room was clean and spacious. The layout of available lenses was displayed by designer! I was looking for frames suitable for varifocal lenses. Also to be frameless- I would prefer a layout that would reflect suitability for customer based on frame type - shape and materials. No prices on frames. The website is poorly displaying rimless frames as they are displayed against white background therefore almost impossible to determine lense shape - if a-tinted lense on these frames was used it would solve this issue.

I had my eye test on the booked time & the optician was very good as well as all other staff too.

I had a great experience fro my eye test and following for my selection of new eyeglasses. The attention to detail was exceptional and also customer care.Raihan was a superior associate - the care and attention to detail that he took really stands out and I hope he recognised as a valued employee. My eye test technician was also excellent but I do not remember her name.I highly recommend this service centre and I am happy with everyone who works there. I also like the selection of eyeware and it crosses a good range for budget and style.

The staff were very good and made me feel at ease.Test was very thorough and each process explained fully.

My visit was great. A call centre staff had made an error in the appointment but the store staff sorted everything out. The optician was absolutely lovely. The service was great from every member of staff. The hi-tech used was brilliant. I’ve recently moved into the area and this was my first visit. I’m so happy to have found everyone.
