I have now being going to this garage coming up 7 years, ranging from having tyres, brakes, MOT, also my engine etc, looked at. I can honestly say I won't be changing any time soon.The mechanics and reception staff are very friendly, they always go out there way to help and find parts required.prices are great.A+ team at Fair Deals Auto. Keep up the amazing work.

Had to get coil springs and strut fixed on my audi for it to pass its mot when no other garage would or could do it. But these guys told me to bring it in next day and it was done in a few hours excellent service and work. Price was great to well done team

Used Fairdeal Autos for the first time, was ref by a friend. Fantastic service, MOT on time and had minor repairs done all while wait. Would defo recommend to all my family and friends.

I’ve started coming here this year to fix some niggling issues with my car and I’m really happy with the honest and quick service. Pricing is also competitive and I’ve appreciated their ability to get my car booked in relatively quickly.

Frustrating service. Got an appointment at 3pm for MOT. However, it’s 4pm now, still no one worried about me. They simply saying mechanic is late and previous customers are late. This is completely unacceptable, disgusting. I can’t explain my frustration in my words. They should maintain some standards and discipline. Don’t recommend this service centre for MOT at all.

I have used Fair Deal Autos twice. My first experience went well with the garage fixing my car’s brake pads/discs and callipers so I returned to have my MOT done.While there my car (as expected) failed its MOT and I required two new tyres, which they replaced and I left to move to Aberdeenshire from Edinburgh. However, just over a week later one of my (new) tyres was completely flat and the other close to flat.I phoned the garage and was told to bring the car back to the garage where they would have a look and if it was their fault fix it for free! However, I informed them I was now up in rural Aberdeenshire and so although this would be good if I was in Edinburgh it was not good given I live 123miles away. We agreed that I would take it to my local garage and have them look at it and then decide where to go from there.Having done this it was discovered my valves were leaking due to the valve not being changed when the new tyre was put on. I spoke to my local garage and surrounding garages who informed me that a tyre change includes the change of the valve, with the type of valve on my mini. Which they did not do and I believe they rushed the job and cut corners.Arthur (from Fair Deals Autos) was helpful and informed me he had a contact in Aberdeen who could carry out the repair for £10. This would be perfect if I lived in Aberdeen, but as I had previously explained to Arthur Aberdeen is a 60 mile round trip and fuel alone would cost more than £10, not including that I would need to take a day off work. And so, I offered if Arthur paid for my fuel to drive to Aberdeen or Edinburgh I would have it fixed at his garage or his contacts.Now two weeks from having my tyres originally fixed and getting slightly fed up with Fair Deal Autos for not fitting my tyres to allow me to use my car as expected I had it fixed locally. This cost me £48.50, and would have been cheaper than me driving into Aberdeen or down to Edinburgh especially with the recent diesel prices!I asked Arthur to pay for this further work I had to have done due to his garage’s half finished job. Arthur offered me a £50 credit for his garage, and had I been living in Edinburgh this would be perfect, however as mentioned I now live in Aberdeenshire. Arthur understood this and refunded £48.50 to my bank account.I personally will not return to Fair Deal Autos as this process took 3 weeks to reach an agreement. Had I not been on my summer holidays from teaching I would not have had the time to deal with all of this and would have had to wrongfully pay an extra £50 for a fault that should never have happened. However, Arthur transferred me £48.50 to cover the cost and I appreciate that.

I have been going here for around 7 years. I have to say that in all that time I have always been kept up to date with the progress of my car, if there’s any additional issues and I’ve always found the prices to be more than fair! The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics are experts in what they do and that shows in the work being done. As a female, I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I have trust with this garage and their amazing team!

Very happy with the services. Got one of the tyres replaced and got the MOT done. Super helpful garage! And decently priced too. Would 100% recommend.
