Emailed a request for a quote to pickup at my home and drop at East Midlands and a return journey from Birmingham Airport back to my home address - this business didn’t even have the professional courtesy to get back to me or even offer a quote.Have decided to continue with the Chauffeur Company I currently use - I suspect I may probably pay a bit more but at least they respond promptly every time I book a journey with them.
