The Blackbird, Earl's Court
Stayed Mon to Fri in May. Great location right next to Earl’s Court tube station. Staff checked us in early and were really helpful. The room was small (as advertised) but there was a lack of storage for hanging clothes.Room was very clean and well equipped otherwise and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The bar was first class and the food was excellent with good gluten free options for my wife. Breakfast was great! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at the Blackbird again!

Lovely stay at the Blackbird, breakfast and evening meal were very good and rooms are great. Very good location for the Westend if you don't mind using the tube.

Initially, I was welcomed warmly and impressed by the lovely decor. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and the quality of the food was decent. However, my experience soured towards the end of my stay.Despite having obtained approval for a 12pm late checkout from the front desk during check-in, my final morning was disrupted by aggressive banging and shouting. Megan, the source of the disturbance, was vehemently ordering me to vacate immediately. Remaining composed, I explained my approved late checkout, but she aggressively insisted I leave to avoid an extra night's charge and that they don’t do late checkouts. When I returned later to retrieve my bags, Megan acknowledged the mix-up and that the initial staff member had indeed confirmed the late checkout. The evident miss-communication caused considerable stress and unease. I will never stay there again when I visit London.

Staff looking like they need holidays in Bali, miserable, rude and non caring faces and attitude. Food? No thanks. I ordered burger for my son, he likes only chicken and bun. The guy was looking at me like I want him do donate his organs, just rolling eyes and when the food came, that was just something disgusting. No wonder we left it on plates and went eat to different pub, nobody came asking about if we are happy with the food, they was more busy chatting to eachother and play on phones. Never again over here.

Great lunch, food was enjoyed by all. I expected a simple leek pie but was surprised by the originality, flavours and textures. Will be back to try the wide range of vegetarian options offered.

Stay here!!! Everything perfect. Staff friendly, food yummy, room had just what we needed, close to store to get basic good and tube just a minute walk. Complimentary breakfast a plus. Lift was out but hotel was kind and did share that with us before arrival. We actually enjoyed the steps because it added to our exercise for the day. Maybe request a lower room if you have trouble with steps.

A very nice and quaint boutique hotel that has nine rooms the top of their Blackbird Cafe restaurant that is on the first floor. The food was very good at the restaurant both for dinner and for the buffet style breakfast. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. There was a good size bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and hand soap. There was a desk area as well as a small refrigerator and good sized TV in the room.

I was staying in a hotel nearby and I went to the pub for lunch, and breakfast. The ambiance is great, the stuff is very nice and the food is very good. I ordered fish and chips for lunch, scrambled eggs for breakfast (delicious) and in the afternoon I got scones with strawberries jam and I totally loved it. I highly recommend to pay a visit to this lovely pub!

Lovely in every way, just needs a few things addressed for an international traveler. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly and on the top floor was quite warm. However, the charm of this hotel was still trendy and unique, the pub on the ground floor was outstanding, the breakfast included wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall a great pick!
