Very professional ear wax removal service from Terri last week at Chester branch. More expensive than competitors and advance payment required but it will not put me off booking a further appointment as needed

Received a comprehensive hearing test and everything was fully explained. Options were offered and had the confidence to purchase two hearing aids. They have only just been fitted and an improvement is noticed but returning in a few weeks to increase the capacity of the aids. The whole process from start to finish was friendly and professional
