A very enjoyable couple of hours at the Birmingham store buying a guitar for our grandson. The customer service from all the staff we encountered was superb, all very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with a 14 year old.

Customer service is spot on here. Have been a number of times over a few years with both my teenagers playing guitar. They are always patience, knowledgeable and happy to help. Recommend and would definitely keep going back.

Visiting the Birmingham area and having checked the internet decided to drop in and have a look and get advice on a 3/4 size acoustic guitar for my wife. Well the shop alone has an amazing range, but what really set this place apart was the customer service we received from Ryan and Mikey. Their knowledge, experience and passion for music and guitars shone through making our visit all the more enjoyable.

Can't fault the customer service received from Ryan.Unfortunately, due to illness, my son was unable to collect his bass today. Ryan helped me on the telephone and in store, quickly, friendly and efficiently. He went out of his way to protect the bass, knowing I was transporting it home on my own; even carrying it to, and putting it in, my car.Thank you Ryan, your help was greatly appreciated.

I’m new to electric guitar as a hobby, so when I asked for advice on what to buy it was fantastic to receive such in-depth knowledge from the staff here. A really friendly guy called Fred guided me through the process of getting a guitar, am, and other accessories.No upselling, no biases on what I should purchase, just information. He and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and welcoming, top rating from me!
