Rang conanvet needing a drug for a poorly bull we had....we live in Northumberland and conan vets are in the Highlands of Scotland the drug we required was out of stock everywhere else in the UK.Conanvets agreed we could buy some via a prescription from our veterinary practice everything was sorted so wedrove from Northumberland to Dingwall to collect the drug and couldn't have been greeted by a nicer people.Top class serviceThank you so so much

Excellent service. Vet very caring and thorough. The surgery even managed to get me an appointment in Gairloch where we were staying rather than drive 60 miles to main surgery. Would recommend.

Disgusting receptionist serious attitude problem and absolutely no help what so ever kept interrupting and been rude. Avoid this place all they care about is the money not the animal. They don't listen, don't check notes and are just plain rude. Avoid this place like the plague

Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I had to take my cat Roxy in for treatment. Though she had to be put down it was done with utmost respect, care and sympathy.I'll always be grateful

Friendly, kind and caring staff. One of our dogs sadly suddenly took ill and had to be put to sleep when we were away, my teenage son had to deal with the situation. The staff were fabulous and helped him deal with the situation and explained what had to be done in a very sympathetic way. We can't thank them enough. We have used this vets for over 10years, can't fault them at all.

Unfortunately, I had to have my wee dog Cuillin put to sleep as she was suffering a fair bit with failing health. She was 15 & had been with me for 13 years, I counted we did 44 Munros together over these years. The vets that dealt with Cuillin were the most considerate & professional people ever. I stayed with Cuillin until she slipped away but even for a 6ft 2, 16 stone guy, I found it hard to contain my tears. The vets were very understanding & allowed me to stay with my dog for a wee while before I left to go home without her. I never asked the names of the vets but myheartfelt thanks go to both of you. ♥️

Fantastic vet. We needed emergency care whilst on holiday and the vet we saw, Hannah, was exceptional. Very thorough and patient, listened to everything we said and talked through a care plan for a complex situation in great detail. Can't recommend highly enough!

Saw 5 different vets with my dog for the 1 ailment they didn't even read her notes before I went in with her. If I could have given zero stars I would have done . Poor Molly is no longer with us at the end of it all.

One star is more than this place deserves. Horrific vets and that is putting it mildly. The reception staff interrupt are rude then hang up the phone call when someone disagrees with them. Not to mention the state of the place. Absolutely fility vets. If you want the best for your animals AVOID this place. They don't care about small pets the way their vet treated my animal is disgusting. Moray coast vets is you best bet. The place is spotless and tidy their receptionist is friendly polite and helpful. And their vets are fantastic and care about all animals.
