Trevor i went to your Smiths Jewellery shop in Nottingham with my late mummy's ring to gave the claws done i ended up going back twice as the claws were still catching NEVER in all the years i have known you have i had had such a disgusting attitude and rudeness the man in your Jewellers said my ring is not catching on the claws i shown him the wool fabric that was hanging on the claws from my jumper he said there wasnt any ! And i asked for my £30 back he said NO your not getting your money back He then took my ring and disappeared and sat on the bottom step of the stairs then came back with my ring with 2 claws sticking up and 2 of my stones missing out of my ring i said oh my god what have you done to my ring he then said i put the ring back to how it was when you first brought it in and the stones have fallen out !!!! I was fuming and wanted to cry this ring was my late mummies ring i then said is Trevor in ? He said why do you want to know ? I said he knows me and been friends for years so i would like to speak to him he then said NO you cant and thats my Dad !!! I said i want my ring putting back to how it was when i first brought it in and the stones putting in i then said i am going to Trading standards he said go where you like ! And take your ring to another jewellers he then SLAMMED £30 on the counter and said heres your money back now get out and dont ever come back !! I went out the door and i sobbed i could not believe i had been treated in this disgusting way , this review is from KIT of who you have known for years i am absolutely appalled and mist definitely would NOT go there again and wouldnt recommend anyone else to go either !!!!!!

Exceptional customer service found them via Instagram and just fell in love with pieces they had to offer compared to some jewellers. Darcy was GREAT she was so professional and polite. Fo not second guess it spend your money here they answered all my questions especially as I had came from Hackney so you already know I had questions galore to ask buy they answered every single one of them and made me feel at ease and reassured. . All the staff was so pleasant they all had smiles and just such warm energy they have a customer for life here.
