This has to be the best florist shop in Derby. The customer service was excellent and they arranged the flowers, the delivery of them with a cake and a gift at a specific time and date; a number of florists didn’t want to do this. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so so much. We will be back soon.

the best florist i’ve ever been to! staff couldn’t have been more helpful, nice and kind and nothing seemed to be a problem. the place itself was beautiful and very cosy. all in all great experience and i highly recommend!!!

Came in to buy a fake rose for a gift for my girlfriend and the customer service was brilliant, a little added extra when the card to write a message on was offered for free (luckily the people behind me paid for it)

Seriously, the owner of this florists really went out of her way to ensure that even though there are a couple of alterations necessary to ensure that the bouquet I ordered for my friend got to him given the extreme time constraints and very difficult situation we were going through.I genuinely recommend anyone in Derby trying Michelle at this florists because she really did deliver on both the customer service and on the quality of the flowers and the presentation. The amount of flowers in the bouquet really made the order very much worthwhile when it comes to value for money and her attention to details of my requirements and the ever changing situation even though I was hundreds of miles away, meant that the message behind the flowers I sent got through with the biggest wow factor.Thank you so very much Michelle for your kindness and hard work
