I've been contacting Craig and his lad for our electrical needs for the last two years now and he's never let me down. Always polite and quick to respond, does the job well and is off on his way! Tradesmen are notoriously hard to pin down so it's great to have Craig around who you can rely on.

Craig fixed a wire I stupidly drilled through within 24 hours of first contacting him. His work was great, cost less than I expected and he even tidied up.

Craig rang before and arranged an appointment; he turned up promptly at 9am on a Monday morning. He also travelled outside of his normal area which was much appreciated. Craig and his colleague did a great job installing a new consumer unit for us today and fixing some small C2 issues that needed to be dealt with promptly in the new house that we've just moved into. They made a very tidy job of it and also took the time to advise on extra sockets around the property, since they are currently few and far between. Craig is not a pushy salesman, he simply advises based on priority level and explains everything in Layman's terms - if the work is easy enough for you to do yourself, he'll tell you so that you can make an informed decision. His prices are also very reasonable and I felt that I could trust them when I needed to nip out and leave them in the house for a short time. Very highly recommended!
