I was declined finance, no one else could help, however Neil from the motor place called me and allowed me a pick of a car. The motor place is one of the best places to go in grimsby, I got a Ford fiesta and when I picked it up it looked brand new, fully MOT, service history, 4 new tyres and a full clean. will advise anybody to go down and see Neil, hes the man!!!

Got a car from these today. Each time I went in to look around I wasn't pestered by sales people. Just looked at my own leisure. Decided I liked a car and asked to test drive it, awkward customer I chose one right at the back. This was no problem and the car was quickly fetched out for me. Made a offer and collected the car today after it had a service,MOT and clean. First time we went in we dealt with Paul then today to collect the car his wife was in. Both friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car. Think I will be using this garage from now on for MOT's and services etc.

Genuinely cannot fault the service,Paul was very helpful throughout the finance processes and getting the car delivered to me for the test drive and once we had purchased our car it was delivered straight to us,great customer service and I would 100% recommend to anybody wanting a decent car and quality service....thanks again paul

Fantastic family run business. Paul and Sharon are lovely people, buying a car from these guys was effortless and they did everything possible to make sure i walked away happy with the choice i made. Very honest and trustworthy.I had just moved back to the country and a bit out of touch with the car scene, they were very helpful with advice and put the car through a service and MOT asap.Would definitely recommend to anyone!Thank you!

Over the last 5 years I have purchased two used cars from The Motor Place and have never had any major problems with either of them,Any minor problems that I have had have been ironed out by Paul and his mechanics,Mark and the other guy (whose name I cant recall)I have always been treated fairly and respectfully by the team and the work has always been carried out to the highest standards, with excellent communications and great customer care ie.I had taken my car in for a 10,000 mile service (which was done quickly and very professionally) I turned up in time to see Paul replacing my number plates with new ones...no charge for this little extra!I have always been impressed with The Motor Place team they are fast, efficient and professional with a high standard of work.There is always a loan car available if my car has to spend any time in the garage and nothing is too much trouble for the team.I would never go anywhere else to purchase a used car......Deeply impressed with them!

Got my first car from here before Christmas last year which has been great! Excellent staff who are always very helpful with anything you need, especially Neil. I'd recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a good quality used car.
