Nuffield Health Swindon Fitness & Wellbeing Gym

Turned off the jacuzzi with out notice, pool temperature lowered, still pay the same price, WiFi on equipment don't work, watch out if you cancel membership, they work it so you always pay an extra month after finishing.

Excellent experience! I am member at Reading Nuffield but visited Swindon today, really impressive gym, all the equipment is like new and great range of different weight machines and cardio equipment. Very helpful staff. Changing room and showers super clean. Pool area nice with great sized steam room, only downside was size of a sauna which is small, overall very much enjoyed and looking forward to returning soon!

Use as a multiple access Nuffield member as a guest at this one when on my travels occasionally. Great, spacious gym with friendly and helpful staff when required. Like with all 20m swimming pools though that are subject to staging kids' swimming lessons & aqua fit classes ar select times of the day in the week then as a fitness swimmer you have to choose your times carefully to ensure no clashes at times!

DO NOT USE THIS GYM FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OWN SAFETY!!!If I could rate 0 stars I would !!!Disgraceful staff they’re no help and let other gym members threaten your life !!!Do not choose this gym I recommend any gym apart from this one the staff don’t care about you and have little respectCancelled my membership along with my friends and brothers memberships we stood up for ourself after having our life threatened in the the pool and then again in the changing room straight after being shouted at by staff to leave the pool and then threatened to have our membership took away for reacting to other members in the pool grown men telling us young skinny teens that they’re going to rip our heads off and drown us before then getting in our faces twice and getting no help from the staff other then more threats off being kicked out the gymDO NOT USE THIS GYM FOR TOUR OWN SAFETY!!!THE STAFF ARE USELESS !!!

Started my 3 day free trial yesterday. I won’t be joining or going back. The pool in the morning was too busy to swim properly and the hot tub has been false walled off. The changing rooms are tired and dirty.A club that “could” be good but needs some SERIOUS investment to bring back up to spec!

Lovely gym ,the staff are very friendly. Would happily give 5 stars but some of the gym equipment like spin bikes are very old and tired

Loved it. Nice clean facilities. Dance studio . Amazing gym. There could be power Shower next to sauna shower. Steam room awesome and the sauna as well. Pool is not deep enough for standing up excersises. Also. Could have a view out to the sky and street with one way view mirror so natural light comes from the top of the window . And some nice nature picture near the relaxing area or fish tank near the.

The Gym is well run, all the staff are friendly and professional.They have a swimming pool, place to have a coffee.Lots of classes.Great applicaion to book apps.The instructors go through thorough training.Large car park.

This can be a really good, clean and friendly gym/pool. Unfortunately over the last 2 months it has become busier and busier. On two occassions the pool has been closed with no notice being sent via email or text. Although staff assure they do this. Several times upon arrival at the pool members of staff have come into pool and sectioned it off for private lessons or lifeguarding. Again with no notice to members. They seem to be very overcrowded. On an average weekday morning there can be over 15 people trying to use the pool. Sauna seems to be broken more than working. Unfortunately because of this I have decided to leave and go elsewhere where it is not as busy, no unplanned closures and use of all spa facilities. I dont think that nuffield is worth the price paid. I think the staff on the front desk could be trained to maybe be more polite to people enquiring. All in all I would not recommend this gym/pool. There are several other places that have nicer facilities in swindon.
