Needed a good clean up around the indoor and outdoor sitting areas tables and seats covered with food rubbish etc. Was not busy just ticking over from what I could see of the place for the twenty minutes I was around. Food as always was hot, tasty and good value, drinks also (coffeesxare just great). The staff very helpful but a smile and little chat goes a long way (mind you it was a Sunday around 3:45pm) when dealing with customers. All-in all it gets a 3 from me due to lack of attention to the customer areas and staff not being that customer orientated. Sorry guys keep on keeping on though the food is great.

If i could give a zero i would! i ordered on the app for click and collect... still had to wait to collect my order even though i had had a text stating it was ready. I had a small window in which i could collect, and i was therefore late because of this. Not only that, My order was missing items and several were wrong...which was disappointing to say the least! The lady from customer services was super helpful though, and for that i am grateful as i could not return to address these issues myself due to time constraints.

Be very careful shopping @ this retail if you over stay your 3hrs you get a £50 parking charge shop elsewhere if I were you not this retail unit

Was told a 6 minute wait on a corn beef pasty at payment, which was fine and I was willing to wait. However, I was told there was another 5 minutes after already waiting 10 minutes. Altogether I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a single pasty. Will not be returning.

Awful customer service from a young girl .. asked if you do blue light card and without even asking her crew member as she didn't have a clue what I was on about couldn't be @rsed and just said no.. total up my shop paid and no thank you and left me waiting for a receipt !! I asked for it then gave me some attitude and threw it to the counter and went to the next person who again was rude too!Please sort out your young staff who can't be arsed as customers will shop elsewhere and leave negative feedback
