MISLEADING PRODUCT AND ADVICE.THE PRICIEST bubble tea AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.Don't waste your money and time. This shop doesn't meet a trading standard as they misled me to buy the product I didn't want and refuse to exchange or offer refund for me.Today, I ordered a £6.15- brown sugar milk tea as seen in the attached. I asked the staff if this is milk tea. She said yes. It turned out that it's a brown sugar with fresh milk. FRESH MILK!I went to the staff and said this is not what I ordered it is not milk tea at all. Then, she said it's a brown sugar with fresh milk. Then, why would they advertise it as a milk tea? Very misleading and I asked if she would exchange to milk tea for me.She literally refused and said NO!£6.15 wasted and had to throw that drink it wasn't even good. I feel so unfair as a consumer.I came to the shop to treat myself as a special occasion and really disappointed.Someone should check how they advertise their products.

Delicious bubble tea at a premium price. Loved the decor and presentation of the tea. The staff were very friendly and arranged the drinks for me to take my numerous pictures! It was cash only which surprised me. Overall, highly recommend.

Really liked the Milk Tea with Panna Cotta, more so than the Taro Milk tea that we got. It just seems too expensive for milk tea, but I understand that it’s in central London and is a very popular milk tea shop from Taiwan.I’ll probably be back, but given how pricey all the drinks are that might not be too often.

I came for the Cheese cream with strawberry smoothie aka cheesecake drink. The cheese cream was smooth but very faint taste of cheese. The strawberry part of the drink was decent and fresh. I'll come back to sample other drinks. I therefore recommend. The service was quick and there were seats but no tables. It's a grab and go ✨

Now this place looked interesting.It is located right in the heart of West End, on Shaftesbury Avenue, a stone throw away from Chinatown.Ordered the strawberry smoothie with cream cheese drink, only one size and costed £6.80.It took less than 10 mins.Staff seemed sweet and polite.It wasn't busy at the time of ordering, but the server was busy packing orders, perhaps pre booked orders.The drink tasted yummy, not too sweet at all.Would happily return, so we can try out the rest of the menu.

Clean and very tidy shop. The shop offers great varieties of flavoured drinks and toppings to choose from but unfortunately they don't offer any non dairy milk substitutes. Service was not the best. Overall all, the green bubble tea tasted watery, but the Taro bubble tea was very flavoursome.

Apparently the shop is owned by a pop singer, and that’s the reason I was there for. To be honest, compared with other bubble tea places, it’s not my favorite. Ordered the crème bourré milk tea with bubble, it tasted only alright, not very strong tea flavor. The bubble is chewy but not sweetened. My favorite is the puppy logo of the shop.
