Sophie is so kind and gives us so much time. The appointment never feels rushed. Really value her advice and support and the way in which she talks to the dogs and puts their interests first.

This is long over due. Sophie and her team go above and beyond to treat your pets with a wealth of knowledge and care. Sophie and Louisa gave my gorgeous lab Eddie (12.5 years old) the most dignified end of life care while I fell apart. I have never felt judged when I have returned with my cat Toffee and would start crying about losing Eddie. There is always a smile and whatever the question , the answer is always there. We are the proud owners of a rescue black German shepherd puppy now. This is where we could really see the hard work and love that is put in, for months we seemed to be visitors at least twice a week due to our puppy having so many health problems due to the neglect she suffered before we adopted her. Once again Sophie and the team went above and beyond to help our puppy on her road to recovery along with supporting us. We are forever grateful for the out of hours phone calls to check how our puppy was doing. Your all amazing - if your reading this and are looking for a practise who will truly care for your pet then meadow Hall is the place.

Sophie and her team are fantastic. They all take the time to look after your pet, as well as you. Sophie is an excellent vet, always helpful and very knowledgeable.

The best Vet we have ever had. Sophie is brilliant with Zorba and her advice is sound and honest. Our dog actually now enjoys visiting the Vets, which is a first. Keep up the great work.

Daisy my 9 year old German Shepard becomes very anxious when having to be assessed in veterinary practice. We have recently moved to this area and registered her with Meadow Hall Vets. It transpired that with her visit and check with Sophie it was a very pleasant experience whereby there was no whining and pulling frantically on the lead to get away. To my amazement she was wagging her tail while being accompanied by Sophie the Vet Sophie I think must be a true dog whisperer and now for our next planned visit I can relax too. On recommendation by a friend and due to the ever increasing cost of our previous vet, we moved to Sophie at Meadow HallSo glad we did. She’s superb with the animals and owners at much lower prices than we were paying, especially if you join their Healthy Paws club, a monthly subscription fee (we pay £25 for our elderly Springer) for which, in return we pay no consultation fees (previous vets, £58 each), free flea and worm treatments, nail clipping and seemingly endless liver paste whilst the consultation is ongoing!Not all vets are the same. Sophie’s values driven and that’s what really sets Meadow Hall apart so whatever your reason for changing, we’d highly recommendNot paid for this recommendation, just a delighted customer!

We took our beloved Milo and the staff were all Exemplary and very kind making a dreaded process much less stressful for us, and Milo thank you so much Sophie.
