Nice campsite. We found it really quiet after 9pm which was perfect for us.Toilets and showers need updating. Water pressure and temperature were really unpredictable which was frustrating. Also not very clean.Bit confusing when we got there as it wasn’t clear where we should pitch our tent.Generally lovely break though, other campers really friendly. Great location. Owner was friendly. Really good value at £23 per night for a big tent.

Enjoyed this lovely campsite for a very brief stay. Sunset was amazing!Toilet block clean and warm. Hot water plentiful and soap at basins. Don’t always find this, so thank you.Sadly didn’t try the pizzas but they look good!

I would class this as a Rustic Campsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There was a lot of Families Camping over the Weekend & the Children loved the Donkeys & Sheep. There were Showers & Toilets but when the Site is busy Queues were formed which could be a problem with Young Children. There was a Pizza Place & also a Burger Van. I can honestly say the Burgers were really good. Friends had a a Pizza & said they were delicious.

Very nice Camping!Shower runs 10min for 1 Pound. They offer free drinking water, free charging (eg for phone) and you can even use a fridge. The whole package is really amazing!I stayed here several nights to discover Oxfordshire and Oxford. It took me 15min by bike to go in town. They offer Pizza thursday till saturday. Burgers will follow soon.

Nice and quiet stay, very friendly people and staff as well :-) Pizza at the site is awesome. Some more toilets and showers would be great.

We were given a friendly welcome to family camping on this small, well-maintained, site. Plenty of space for children to play safely. Clean toilets and showers.

We were disappointed by our stay at valley farm campsite. We were initially drawn to the site by the animals (2 donkeys, 2 sheep and a cat which our kids loved) and the onsite pizzas and gelato, however the food is only available during weekend stays. The site is small with electric hookup but no hard standing. The electric hookups were basic and used multiple splitters to service more piches. The facilities leave a lot to be desired... The site was quite busy during our stay, however the toilets had only 2 showers (which cost £1 for 7minutes), 2 sinks and 3 toilets. One of the toilets in the ladies did not have a working lock and there was no mop to clean up after use.The washup provided 2 sinks external to the shower block.Drinking water was provided by a single tap in the middle of the camping field. The tap has no drainage leaving a fly infested bog you needed to stand in while filling your bottle (picture added). The pitch itself was grass and pretty flat.Overall the site is basic and fine for shorter stays. We explored Oxford via the park and ride service which was 15min drive from the site. The owners are friendly and I'm sure we may have had a better experience had we stayed over a weekend.

Perfect location for getting into Oxford, walking round Farmoor reservoir, and walking along the Thames Path. Good shower block and washing up facilities, plus EHU.

Different in a nice way. Toilets/showers could do with an upgrade in capacity. Good for kids to get upclose to the donkeys, sheep and a lovely Bengal cat. Wood fired pizzas and a burger bar, good grub. Quiet through night.9

Perfect for what we wanted, nice and close to Oxford and all the amenities. The campsite was very busy, but we were able to pitch up and we were amazed how quiet it was after 9pm.
