repulsive food, it was all wet from the box and cold, the chicken burger was drenched in this disgusting mayo there was more mayo than chicken, a lot more. the delivery driver was also extremely rude trying to argue that he called and needed help even though my phone had died he did not listen, he was also walking away from the door as i unlocked it not even 30 seconds after he knocked.

I tried various meals, the fried checken is actually is better than Kentucky, actually it is much cheaper than Kentucky. The Doner, and burgers all so good too.

Paid for our meal deal 2 online, our order came and it wasn’t complete. The delivery driver was rude and tried to say he’s delivered what we’ve paid for. I rang the shop and the woman was even worse!! Said she blamed new staff who were still getting used to the menu and said she would send out with the other deliveries - 2 hours later we’ve still not received the rest of our order and still waiting now. All our burger boxes were squashed to the point they had splits in them, I kindly said just to let you know our food is also squashed flat but please just send the rest - she then persisted to call me a liar and tried to say it’s just the packaging!!! And hung up on me too!!! . I rang back and she continued we are busy and the rest of your food will be delivered. And hung up again. Still not here and they have taken our money. Customer service is shocking.

Ordered from here last night the food came on time and was pipping hot.the pizzas were mouth watering best pizza I've had in such a long time.and the spicy wing and fresh fillet burgers were so nice and fresh.i would recommend this place to everyone

Got expired chicken gravy delivered along with my meal. The gravy smelt rotten and tasted sour as i had tried some before noticing it was expired. The container of the gravy has noticeable black marks on it and the gravy itself was more watery.Tried to get in contact with the restaurant to get this sorted out but didn't get through to anyone after 5 attempts of calling their listed number.

the delivery arrived fast and wow the driver was very polite and well mannered. the food wad piping hot and fresh would recommend again and the best was normal fried chicken is always salty but this was perfect. good job guys.

Wow ordered a pizza for my kids over a hour ago ring up to chase where it is to be told they don’t understand me and to call back in 30 mins as his boss wasn’t there what good customer service is that I used to order from here a lot but definitely won’t be doing after this if I hadn’t already paid I would’ve cancelled my order and gone someone else
