Purchased an item on the 28th October 2021, had for less than a week and tried to return to the store and was told....that because I had OPENED the box and tried the item, I was no longer entitled to a refund even though the product was unfit for purpose. Staff member (Sarah), was super unhelpful and was suggested that I should look to sell the item through a 3RD PARTY. The item is less than 1 WEEK in my possession mind you. Never will shop here again, customer service appalling, if I could give less than 1 star I would.
