Great service from the whole team at straight there for our recent house move. Really helpful and accommodating when our move confirmation was very last minute, movers on the day did a great job moving everything down front garden steps. Very reasonable price. Roxy in the office was also so friendly and kind which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The service we received was excellent and took all the stress and worry out of the move. The guys were quick and efficient, but also friendly and helpful throughout. They took excellent care of our belongings and ensured that everything was put in the correct rooms, with anything that required dismantling, being put back together in the new house. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

We have used this company a couple of times, once back in 2019 and recently at the end of Oct 2023. The blokes who moved us were great, friendly and professional. We used Straight There Removals for our recent home move and I couldn't fault the service, from start to finish. We opted in for the full packing option, Neil and Trev were fantastic, did a great job, no breakages, all valuables were packed safely and securely. Moving homes is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. This company eliminated a huge portion of this stress for us, from dropping boxes to us weeks before hand all we had to do was ensure our stuff was in the boxes.They took down our bedroom furniture and remade it in our new home, they took the TVs off the wall and moved it with care.The two guys who were doing the move were amazing, They didn't stop. They knocked on the neighbours door to let them know how long they would be there, great professional attitude.Honestly the service was well worth the money.

4/5 only because there was one problem that I won’t get into, to be fair to the company it was dealt with really quickly and I do appreciate that. I hope they can learn from it and that it doesn’t happen again.Apart from that I can’t fault the company at all. They came out, looked at what I had and then gave me a price that I accepted.I gave them a day that I wanted to move but didn’t lock it in, I then had to change it to a week later and that was no problem at all.On the day they rang me saying there was traffic and they’d be about 20 mins later. That was no bother and it was nice of them to ring and let me know.They packed everything up, they asked where we wanted everything to go in the new house.They were friendly, got on with the work and did a good job moving our stuff.I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone that does read the reviews like I did before asking them to come out.Like I said at the beginning, one incident that should have been prevented wouldn’t put me off using them again because I hope they’d not make the mistake again.Communication with Roxy mostly was really good also. Quick responses and answered all the questions I had.Thanks.

The Straight There Team has been great at handling the relocation process.They have transported our belongings with care and efficiency.They have also been courteous, punctual and respectful throughout the whole ordeal.We are very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Moved contents from a storage unit to house move 125sq ft unitCompetitive quote, actually came out and viewed the unit rather then email quote/photos. On the day of the move arrived early and was able to provide bigger truck at no extra cost and did everything efficiently. Even moved old owners fridge into the garage for me, brilliant service guys.
